While grocery shopping yesterday, I was unabashedly singing along with the Christmas music. (Does anyone else do this?) Oooh, oooh, one of my favorites--Sleigh Ride!
10 minutes later, while perusing the frozen foods, Ainslie added a new verse.
Giddyup, Giddyup, my leg is cold!

She was hard-won, after 3+ years of loss and infertility, and she is more wonderful than I knew what to hope for. Just what I needed, an Ainslie Christmas moment!!! And yes, I sing along, or we sing our own songs. Bug loves "In exseashells deo". And we do sing loudly with much staring on the part of really grumpy people who don't know how to have a good time in the grocery store!!
